1. General
1.1 Always credit me (mayo/@may0dayo) when using and do not claim you draw them yourself.
1.2 Prices are subject to change based on demand and complexity.
1.3 I can refuse your commission if I am not comfortable with it.2. Process
2.1. To commission me, please fill out the request form provided with all the required information.
2.2. Once I have reviewed and accepted your request, full payment must be made within 48 hours, otherwise the order will be canceled.
2.3 If stated in the commission type, you will get 2 revisions during the sketch stage. After that will be 2 revisions for the rough color sketch stage. More revisions may incur additional charges.
2.4 No revision for the Surprise me commission type.
2.5 Once completed, no changing unless it is my mistake.3. Deadlines and Delivery
3.1 For chibi commission, it will be 3 weeks to 8 weeks after payment depending on the complexity. The final illustration will be delivered via email or Google drive in 300 dpi PNG format. Please download as soon as possible because I will not keep the file after 3 months.
3.2 Deadlines can be discussed and rush fee (50-100%) may apply if required.4. Usage
4.1 I can use your commission(s) on my accounts for future sample on social media and portfolio. Private fee will be +50%.
4.2 Commission is for personal use only. This includes social media posts, personal prints and merchandises and non-commercial display.
4.3 Profitable usage of the artwork(streaming, advertising, merchandising, giveaways etc.) will require additional license fee. Please state this before beforewise.
4.4 No AI training or NFTs, this includes but not limited to AI image generator, style transfer tools or any AI based creative software.5. Cancellation and Refund
5.1. If you want to cancel the commission before I start the work, a refund (transaction fees excluded) will be provided.
5.2. No refund if the commission had started.
5.3. If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, a refund (transaction fees excluded) will be provided.
